Job Description
The Talent Specialist will play an important role within the HR team, identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across the organization.

Requirements

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for a wide range of roles, including hourly and salaried field and office positions.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for open positions to attract qualified candidates.
  • Review resumes and conduct phone screens and in-person interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and overall fit.
  • Partner with the HR Manager to manage job postings, applications, and candidate data in BambooHR.
  • Assist HR Manager in overseeing external recruiting agency contracts.
