Job Description
HackerOne is a global leader in Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM). We're looking for a Talent Strategy Partner to support our GTM Revenue and Marketing teams.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role
  • Experience managing employee relations cases end-to-end
  • Ability to interpret People data and translate it into actionable guidance
  • Comfort working in fast-moving environments where processes are still taking shape
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, create structure where needed, and move work forward without relying on rigid procedures
  • Clear communication and sound judgment under pressure
