Job Description
Target Security Specialist is responsible for providing a safe and secure environment for guests and team members, mitigating shortage risks, and driving sales. They will lead a physical security culture, respond to security incidents, and conduct merchandise recoveries.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older
  • Meet any state or local licensure and/or other legal requirements related to the position
  • Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members
  • Learn and adapt to current technology needs
  • Effective communication skills
  • Work both independently and with a team
  • Manage workload and prioritize tasks independently
