As a Target Security Specialist, you will help create a safe and secure environment for guests and team members. Your responsibilities will include responding to security incidents, preventing theft and shortage, and promoting a physical security culture. You will also work with a team to provide excellent guest service and support. This role requires strong communication skills, ability to work independently and with a team, and flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
