Target Security Specialist

As a Target Security Specialist, you help create a safe and secure environment for guests and team members while mitigating shortage risks to drive sales. You are part of the Assets Protection team, which keeps guests, team, and brand safe and secure through crisis events and theft prevention. This role is based at a Target store in Wesley Chapel, Florida.

What You Will Do

You will support sales by welcoming guests and team members at the front of store and on the sales floor, lead a physical security culture, respond to and document security incidents, conduct merchandise recoveries, perform receipt checks for high-dollar merchandise, and train team members on merchandise protection and audit execution. You will also use the video surveillance system and submit documentation for incidents.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Meet any state or local licensure and/or other legal requirements related to the position
