Role OverviewAs a Target Security Specialist, you will be responsible for keeping guests and team members safe and secure, responding to security incidents, and promoting a physical security culture throughout the store.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include using intelligence-led tactics to keep guests and team members safe, responding to security incidents, and providing support to guests and team members.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Meet any state or local licensure and/or other legal requirements related to the position
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
- Effective communication skills
- Work both independently and with a team
- Manage workload and prioritize tasks independently
- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
