Job Description
We are seeking a Manager to join our Financial Due Diligence team within our Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) practice. As a Manager, you will work with our nationally award-winning Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Advisory practice servicing both corporate and private equity clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
  • Minimum 5 years experience in audit or transaction advisory practice
  • Prior Financial Due Diligence experience required
  • Supervision / Team Leadership experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
