Job Description
The NYC Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) seeks a Task Order Contract Manager to oversee the administration, coordination, and oversight of multiple task order contracts supporting the Capital Program. The selected candidate will ensure all task orders are properly scoped, procured, executed, and closed out in accordance with contract requirements, schedule, and budget.

Requirements

  • Manage and oversee the full lifecycle of Task Order Contracts
  • Develop task order scopes of work, cost estimates, and schedules
  • Facilitate procurement processes, including solicitation, evaluation, and negotiation of task orders
  • Monitor task order budgets, schedules, deliverables, and performance metrics
  • Track and report contract status and expenditures for senior management and stakeholders
