Job Description
Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks a Director of Finance to lead strategic financial planning and decision-making to drive hotel success and profitability. This role requires strong analytical skills, technical proficiency in Oracle and Hyperion, and adaptability to changing circumstances.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years as Assistant Director of Finance in a midsize property OR 1+ years as Director of Finance in a smaller property (at a major brand hotel)
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a regard for detail and accuracy
  • Technical proficiency in Oracle and Hyperion
  • Adaptable to the time zone of the property; special considerations for Hawaii on a case-by-case basis
  • Bachelors Degree OR associate's degree with appropriate experience
