Job Description
Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Taskforce Director of Finance to implement strategic financial strategies aligned with business objectives. This role requires 2-3 years of experience as Assistant Director of Finance or 1+ years as Director of Finance in a smaller property.

Requirements

  • Lead and mentor the local team
  • Partner with the General Manager and other department leaders
  • Participate in necessary meetings, including owners' meetings and budget/forecasting sessions
  • Effectively manage Cash, AP, AR, Purchasing, and GL functions
  • Focus on labor management and lead weekly labor meetings
  • Re-forecast monthly revenues and expenses
  • Update cash flow forecasts monthly
  • Support internal, external, and government audit requests
