Job Description
The Executive Chef will oversee kitchen operations, train culinary staff, and maintain high culinary standards. This position requires creativity, excellent communication skills, and ability to work well under pressure. The Executive Chef will report to the hotel General Manager and be responsible for menu planning, provisioning, food preparation, and sanitation.

Requirements

  • 6 years or more of progressive hotel culinary experience
  • Experience with opening hotels, previous hotel pre-opening experience preferred
  • At least 4 years of experience in a senior role in a culinary environment
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills
