Tasting Room Associate

The Tasting Room Associate will be a thoughtful and enthusiastic team member who contributes to a positive work environment and represents Living Roots. They will have a proficient knowledge of Living Roots history, products, and wine clubs, and educate customers on available wines. They will maintain a safe and clean workspace and adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations.

What You Will Do

Process transactions accurately, maintain a safe and clean workspace, and educate customers on available wines. You will also have the opportunity to learn and expand your knowledge about wine.

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality or wine industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for wine and a desire to learn and expand knowledge about wine.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. from the ground frequently throughout shift.
• Standing for entire shift.
