Role OverviewWe're seeking an experienced tax and accounting leader to lead our Tax and Accounting Department. This is a hybrid position that requires collaboration, leadership, and expertise in tax and accounting. You'll lead a team of 12 professionals, manage complex tax returns, and oversee accounting compilations.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include leading and managing the tax and accounting team, reviewing and preparing complex tax returns, and overseeing quarterly tax estimate preparation. You'll also serve as a trusted advisor for complex tax and accounting clients and partner with the Client Care Team to improve client onboarding and service delivery.

Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive tax and accounting experience
- Previous experience leading and developing professional staff
- CPA preferred
- Relevant bachelor's degree (e.g., Accounting, Business) required
- Strong knowledge of tax compliance and financial accounting
- Experience with tax and accounting software
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
