Job Description
We are seeking a highly hands-on Lead for Tax to manage and coordinate our global tax process in partnership with third-party advisors, while also supporting key accounting activities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience across tax and accounting
  • Minimum 5 years in-house at a multinational organization
  • Working knowledge of U.S. international tax concepts (FDII, GILTI, Subpart F, intercompany transactions)
  • Solid accounting foundation, including revenue recognition, reconciliations, close processes, and variance analysis
  • Deep Excel skills required (modeling, reconciliations, data analysis)
  • ERP experience required; NetSuite experience explicitly preferred
  • CPA strongly preferred
  • Prior Controller or Assistant Controller experience is a strong plus
  • Experience or demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools in day-to-day work
