We are seeking a Tax Associate for a dynamic boutique law firm in Stamford, CT. The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of experience in taxation of domestic and offshore private investment funds.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in taxation of domestic and offshore private investment funds
  • Strong background in partnership and investment management tax matters
  • CT Bar admission required, NY Bar admission is a plus
  • Excellent writing and analytical skills
