Job Description
The Vermont Department of Taxes is seeking a Tax Auditor III to join its Compliance Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting audits to ensure fair and accurate administration of Vermont's tax laws, and will have opportunities to grow and develop within the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, business management, public administration, mathematics, finance or a related field
  • 1 or more years' experience in tax examination/preparation, accounting, auditing, business administration or related field
  • Certified Public Accountant (optional)
