Requirements

  • CPA with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting; advanced credentials or master’s preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive public accounting experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Deep expertise in tax planning, compliance, research, and audit defense.
  • Proven success in client advisory, business development, and team leadership.
  • Industry experience in real estate, construction, or manufacturing is a plus.
