Role OverviewSeeking a Tax Equity Financing Director to conduct tax equity and project financing of Solar/Wind/BESS projects in US/Canada. The role involves overall detail scope of project financing, financial model analysis, and strategic guidance to O&M and Asset Management teams.
What You Will Do
Develop bankable financial models, analyze project profitability, and provide strategic guidance to mitigate Tax Credit Recapture Risk and ensure compliance with long-term tax equity structures.
