Job Description
The Ohio Department of Taxation is seeking a Tax Examiner in the Excise and Energy Division to respond to web notices, process compliance related correspondence, and perform audits. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and knowledge of accounting and finance. Requirements

  • Respond to web notices and/or Kana/Gateway cases
  • Process compliance related correspondence, refund claims, licenses
  • Perform audits and crosschecks on the various excise taxes
