Job Description
The Tax Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization’s tax planning, compliance and reporting functions. This role ensures adherence to all federal, state and local tax regulations and monitors current and impending changes.

Requirements

  • Manage, prepare and review federal, state and local tax returns for various entities
  • Liaise with government authorities regarding notices and audits of federal and state tax issues
  • Provide analytical and tax research support, assisting in special tax projects as necessary
  • Manage, mentor and develop direct reports
