Job Description
Whitley Penn is looking for a Senior Tax Associate to join our Odessa team. The role involves leading tax engagements, preparing and reviewing tax documents, and recommending tax strategies. Seniors are responsible for planning and executing engagements, supervising and training associates, and communicating with clients.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of public accounting experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; Master’s degree is preferred
  • CPA or a CPA candidate
  • Strong leadership, management, networking, and mentoring skills
  • Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills
