Job Description
The Core Tax Services Senior Manager is responsible for advising clients on tax implications, evaluating tax burden and cost of compliance, and identifying different methods of complying with tax regulations. The role involves applying knowledge to understand potential tax issues, recognizing and communicating potential risks and changes in tax policy, and making top-level decisions regarding filing, preparation, and resolution of questions from federal/state agencies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Statistics
  • Master's in Accountancy or Taxation preferred
  • 8 or more years of prior relevant tax experience and/or public accounting, private industry accounting or consulting/professional services experience
  • Industry expertise in one or more tax specialty preferred
  • Prior supervisory experience required
