Job Description
This is a full-time Property Tax Senior Associate position within the state and local tax department. The role involves providing advice to clients regarding property tax implications, developing tax strategies, and managing projects related to compliance processes for multiple client assignments. It requires proficiency in tax software, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of relevant tax laws.

Requirements

  • Two (2) or more years of experience in property, state and local or multi-state tax
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet navigation and research)
  • Ability to use standard tax applications and research tools
  • Bachelor’s degree (required) or Master’s degree (preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Solid organizational skills
  • Ability to meet project deadlines
  • Good understanding of all tax return forms and valuation standards
