Job Description
Process payroll accurately and on schedule, maintain employee payroll and HR records, respond to employee and manager questions, and support onboarding and employee file maintenance.
Requirements
3-5 years of related experience in payroll, HR generalist support, or a hybrid payroll/HR role
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Experience with payroll / HRIS platforms such as UKG or similar systems
Strong numerical aptitude, organization, and attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively with employees, managers, and cross-functional partners
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive employee information
