Process payroll accurately and on schedule, maintain employee payroll and HR records, respond to employee and manager questions, and support onboarding and employee file maintenance.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of related experience in payroll, HR generalist support, or a hybrid payroll/HR role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience with payroll / HRIS platforms such as UKG or similar systems
  • Strong numerical aptitude, organization, and attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively with employees, managers, and cross-functional partners
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive employee information
