Job Description
Join TCEQ as an Environmental Permit Specialist to contribute to agency efforts to regulate waste management and protect public health and natural resources. Conduct technical reviews, provide information to customers, and participate in special projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in civil engineering, environmental engineering, environmental science, geology, or chemistry.
  • Training and/or experience performing research, lab work, or investigation.
  • Experience in reviewing or analyzing technical information or technical data.
  • Training and/or experience interpreting environmental rules and/or regulations, policies, and/or procedures.
