Job Description
We are seeking a Marine Motor Technician to repair and maintain various types of marine engines, including inboard and outboard engines, as well as vessel electrical systems. The position involves diagnosing mechanical and electrical problems, performing routine maintenance, and assisting clients with their marine equipment needs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Certification in small engine repair or a related field (preferred)
  • Over 2 years of experience with marine engines (required)
  • Over 3 years of experience in marine engine maintenance and repair (preferred)
  • Familiarity with vessel electrical systems, wiring, and diagnostics
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in customer service, with the ability to effectively explain repairs and maintenance
