Job Description
We are seeking a Marine Mechanic with skills to repair and maintain marine engines, including inboard and outboard motors, and boat electrical systems. The position involves diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, performing routine maintenance, and assisting clients with their marine equipment needs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certification in small engine repair or a related field (preferred)
  • More than 2 years of experience with marine motors
  • More than 3 years of experience in marine motor maintenance and repair (preferred)
  • Familiarity with boat electrical systems, cable management, and diagnostics
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in customer service
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with a modern smartphone and internet connection
