Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Marine Motor Technician to repair and maintain various types of marine engines, including inboard and outboard motors, as well as marine electrical systems. The position involves diagnosing mechanical and electrical problems, performing routine maintenance, and assisting clients with their marine equipment needs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Certification in small engine repair or a related field (preferred)
  • More than 2 years of experience with marine engines (required)
  • More than 3 years of experience in marine engine maintenance and repair (preferred)
  • Familiarity with marine electrical systems, wiring, and diagnostics
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Customer service experience, with the ability to explain repairs and maintenance effectively
