Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Certification in small engine repair or a related field (preferred)
• More than 2 years of experience with marine engines (required)
• More than 3 years of experience in marine engine maintenance and repair (preferred)
• Familiarity with onboard electrical systems, wiring, and diagnostics
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience in customer service, with the ability to explain repairs and maintenance effectively
