Job Description
Seeking a skilled Marine Engine Technician to repair and maintain marine engines, including inboard and outboard motors, and boat electrical systems. The role requires diagnosing mechanical and electrical problems, performing routine maintenance, and assisting clients with their marine equipment needs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Certification in small engine repair or a related field (preferred)
  • More than 2 years of experience with marine engines (required)
  • More than 3 years of experience in marine engine maintenance and repair (preferred)
  • Familiarity with boat electrical systems, wiring, and diagnostics
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in customer service, with the ability to effectively explain repairs and maintenance
  • Modern smartphone with active internet connection to manage orders and assignments efficiently
  • Skills in using mobile applications, digital platforms, and application-based workflows
