Job Description
We are seeking a Marine Mechanic with experience in repairing and maintaining various types of marine engines, including inboard and outboard motors, as well as onboard electrical systems. The role involves diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, performing routine maintenance, and assisting customers with their marine equipment needs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Certification in small engine repair or a related field (preferred).
  • Over 2 years of experience with marine engines (required).
  • Over 3 years of experience in marine engine maintenance and repair (preferred).
  • Familiarity with onboard electrical systems, wiring, and diagnostics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in customer service, with the ability to effectively explain repairs and maintenance.
