Job Description
The Small Engine Technician is responsible for the maintenance and repair of small engines used in outdoor power equipment, including diagnosing mechanical problems, performing routine services, and providing support to customers in person and through remote or virtual consultations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Basic knowledge of small engine mechanics
  • Over 1 year of experience working with small engines
  • Excellent mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot engines
  • Certification in small engine repair
  • More than 3 years of experience in maintenance and repair of small engines
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in customer service
