Requirements

• Diagnose mechanical problems in small engine equipment (e.g., lawn mowers, chain saws, snow blowers).
• Perform routine maintenance, such as oil changes, air filter replacements, spark plug inspections, and carburetor cleaning.
• Repair or replace faulty components, such as belts, spark plugs, and fuel systems.
• Document service work performed and ensure accurate records are maintained for each job.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
• Stay up-to-date with new technologies and small engine repair methods.
• Certification in small engine repair.
• Prior customer service experience.
• Excellent mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability.
• Over 1 year of experience working with small engines.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Basic knowledge of small engine mechanics.
