Job Description
The Small Engine Technician is responsible for the maintenance and repair of small engines used in outdoor power equipment, including diagnosing mechanical problems, performing routine services, and providing support to clients. Candidates must have a modern smartphone and competence in managing mobile applications, digital platforms, and application-based workflows.

Requirements

  • Diagnose mechanical problems in equipment with small engines
  • Perform routine maintenance, such as oil changes, air filter replacements, spark plug inspections, and carburetor cleanings
  • Repair or replace faulty components, such as belts, spark plugs, and fuel systems
  • Explain repair procedures and maintenance recommendations to clients in a clear manner
  • Document service work performed and ensure accurate records are kept for each job
  • Ensure all equipment meets manufacturer specifications and functions optimally
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and repair methods for small engines
