Job Description
The Small Engine Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing small engines used in outdoor power equipment, such as lawn mowers, chain saws, and snow blowers. This position includes diagnosing mechanical problems, performing routine services, and providing support to customers in person, via remote or virtual consultations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Basic knowledge of small engine mechanics
  • More than 1 year of experience working with small engines
  • Certification in small engine repair
  • More than 3 years of experience in maintenance and repair of small engines
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Previous customer service experience
