Job Description
The Small Engine Technician is responsible for the maintenance and repair of small engines used in outdoor power equipment, and provides support to customers both in person and through remote or virtual consultations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Basic knowledge of small engine mechanics
  • More than 1 year of experience working with small engines
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot engine problems
  • Certification in small engine repair
  • More than 3 years of experience in maintenance and repair of small engines
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Previous customer service experience
