Job Description
The Small Engine Technician is responsible for the maintenance and repair of small engines used in outdoor power equipment, such as lawn mowers, chain saws, and snow blowers. The technician advises customers on necessary repairs or maintenance, ensures that the equipment operates in accordance with manufacturer specifications, and maintains detailed documentation of the service for both in-shop and virtual interactions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Basic knowledge of small engine mechanics
  • More than 1 year of experience working with small engines
  • Certification in small engine repair
  • More than 3 years of experience in maintenance and repair of small engines
