Job Description
The Small Engine Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing small engines used in power equipment for outdoor use, including diagnosing mechanical problems, performing routine services, and providing support to customers both in person and through remote or virtual consultations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Basic knowledge of small engine mechanics
  • Over 1 year of experience working with small engines
  • Excellent mechanical aptitude and ability to resolve engine problems
  • Certification in small engine repair
  • Over 3 years of experience in maintenance and repair of small engines
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Previous customer service experience
