Job Description

The technician advises customers on the necessary repairs or maintenance, ensures that the equipment operates according to the manufacturer's specifications, and maintains detailed documentation of the service performed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Basic knowledge of small engine mechanics
  • More than 1 year of experience working with small engines
  • Certification in small engine repair
  • More than 3 years of experience in maintenance and repair of small engines
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Prior customer service experience
