Job Description

The technician advises customers on necessary repairs or maintenance, ensures equipment functions according to manufacturer specifications, and maintains detailed documentation of services performed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Basic knowledge of small engine mechanics
  • Over 1 year of experience working with small engines
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability for engines
  • Certification in small engine repair
  • Over 3 years of experience in small engine maintenance and repair
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Previous customer service experience
