Job Description
The Technician in Small Engines is responsible for the maintenance and repair of small engines used in outdoor power equipment, such as lawn mowers, chain saws, and snow blowers. The technician diagnoses mechanical issues, performs routine maintenance, and provides customer support both in-person and remotely.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Basic knowledge of small engine mechanics
  • 1+ years of experience working with small engines
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot engine issues
  • Certification in small engine repair
  • 3+ years of experience in small engine maintenance and repair
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Previous customer service experience
