Job Description
The Small Engine Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing small engines used in outdoor power equipment, diagnosing mechanical issues, and providing support to customers. The technician must have a modern smartphone and be able to manage mobile applications and digital platforms.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Basic knowledge of small engine mechanics
  • Over 1 year of experience working with small engines
  • Certification in small engine repair
  • Over 3 years of experience in maintenance and repair of small engines
  • Excellent mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
  • Previous customer service experience
