Job Description
The Small Engine Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing small engines used in outdoor power equipment, and providing support to customers. The technician diagnoses mechanical problems, performs routine services, and advises customers on necessary repairs or maintenance.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Basic knowledge of small engine mechanics
  • Over 1 year of experience working with small engines
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot engine problems
  • Certification in small engine repair
  • More than 3 years of experience in maintaining and repairing small engines
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Previous customer service experience
