Job Description
The Small Engine Technician is responsible for the maintenance and repair of small engines used in outdoor power equipment, such as lawn mowers, chain saws, and snow blowers, and provides customer support through remote or virtual consultations.

Requirements

  • Diagnose mechanical problems in equipment with small engines
  • Perform routine maintenance, such as oil changes, air filter replacements, spark plug inspections, and carburetor cleanings
  • Repair or replace faulty components, such as belts, spark plugs, and fuel systems
  • Provide clear explanations to customers on necessary repairs and maintenance recommendations
  • Document the work performed and ensure accurate records for each job
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols
