Job Description
The Small Engine Technician is responsible for the maintenance and repair of small engines used in outdoor power equipment. This position includes diagnosing mechanical problems, performing routine services, and providing support to customers both in-person and through remote or virtual consultations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Basic knowledge of small engine mechanics
  • More than 1 year of experience working with small engines
  • Excellent mechanical aptitude and ability to solve engine problems
  • Certification in small engine repair
  • More than 3 years of experience in small engine maintenance and repair
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Previous customer service experience
