Job Description
The Small Engine Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing small engines used in outdoor power equipment, advising customers on necessary repairs or maintenance, and maintaining detailed documentation of the service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Basic knowledge of small engine mechanics
  • More than 1 year of experience working with small engines
  • Excellent mechanical aptitude and ability to resolve engine problems
  • Certification in small engine repair
  • More than 3 years of experience in maintenance and repair of small engines
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Previous customer service experience
