Job Description
The Small Engine Technician is responsible for the maintenance and repair of small engines used in power equipment for outdoor use, such as lawn mowers, chain saws, and snow blowers. This position includes diagnosing mechanical problems, performing routine services, and providing support to customers both in person and through remote or virtual consultations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Basic knowledge of small engine mechanics
  • More than 1 year of experience working with small engines
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to resolve engine problems
  • Certification in small engine repair (desired)
  • More than 3 years of experience in maintenance and repair of small engines (desired)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in customer service
