Job Description
The Traveling Tire Technician specializes in inspecting, repairing, and replacing tires on light vehicles, including cars and trucks. Key responsibilities include repairing leaks, balancing, rotating tires, ensuring proper inflation, and adhering to tire safety standards. Traveling Tire Technicians are also responsible for advising customers on tire maintenance to improve performance and longevity.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent GED
  • Experience in tire repair, mounting, and balancing
  • Basic knowledge of tire safety standards and best practices
  • Certification in tire repair or related field
  • More than 2 years of experience in service, repair, and maintenance of tires
  • Knowledge of advanced tire service techniques and tools
  • Strong attention to safety protocols and workplace cleanliness
