Job Description
The Heavy Vehicle Tire Technician is responsible for inspecting, repairing, and replacing tires on heavy vehicles, including trucks, buses, and commercial fleets. This position requires ensuring that tires are properly balanced, mounted, and inflated, maintaining a high standard of safety and service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent GED required
  • Certification in heavy vehicle tire repair or related fields is an advantage
  • Previous experience in heavy vehicle tire repair required
  • Familiarity with tire safety standards and mounting equipment
  • More than 3 years of experience in heavy vehicle tire repair
  • Commercial driver's license (CDL) preferred
  • Experience working in fleet service environments is an advantage
  • Knowledge of advanced tire repair techniques, including recapping and complex repairs
