Job Description
We are looking for a qualified recreational vehicle (RV) technician to diagnose, repair and maintain recreational vehicles (RVs). The ideal candidate will have a solid experience in RV maintenance, experience with towing, and excellent customer service skills. Compensation varies between $45,760 and $79,040 per year, depending on experience and availability.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent GED.
  • At least 2+ years of experience in RV maintenance and repair.
  • Basic knowledge of RV systems, including plumbing, HVAC, and electrical.
  • 2+ years of experience in towing, with a strong knowledge of safe towing protocols.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with local roads and geography is a plus.
  • Modern smartphone with active internet connection.
  • Ability to navigate mobile applications, digital platforms, and application-based workflow.
